Combine cooked cornmeal, water, coconut, and salt in a blender or food processor.

Blend on high speed until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.

Transfer the mixture to a small saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly to prevent sticking.
