- pkg. Jell-O vanilla flavor instant pudding and pie filling (or any other flavor1 unit4 serving size)
- ΒΌ cup
- 1 cup
- container Cool Whip topping1 unitthawed (8 oz)

Sift the powdered sugar into a medium mixing bowl to remove any lumps and ensure a smooth final texture.

Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of milk to the sifted powdered sugar, starting with a smaller amount to control the consistency.

Whisk the milk and powdered sugar together vigorously until fully combined and no dry sugar remains visible.
