Ingredients

  • pkg. Jell-O vanilla flavor instant pudding and pie filling (or any other flavor
    4 serving size)
    1 unit
  • ΒΌ cup
  • 1 cup
  • container Cool Whip topping
    thawed (8 oz)

Method

Sift the powdered sugar into a medium mixing bowl to remove any lumps and ensure a smooth final texture.

Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of milk to the sifted powdered sugar, starting with a smaller amount to control the consistency.

Whisk the milk and powdered sugar together vigorously until fully combined and no dry sugar remains visible.
