Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare the crust by combining 1 egg, 2 tbsp unprocessed bran, 1/4 tsp dill weed, 1/2 tsp onion powder, and 2 tbsp water in a bowl until well mixed.

Press the crust mixture evenly into a quiche dish or pie pan, covering the bottom and sides.

Prepare the filling by crumbling 4 oz tofu into a mixing bowl and breaking 1 egg into it.

Fold in 3/4 cup cooked asparagus or spinach, 3 tbsp cooked mushrooms, and 1 tbsp cooked onion or green onion until evenly distributed.

Season the filling with 1/4 tsp garlic powder, 1/4 tsp black pepper, and 1/4 tsp molly mcbutter, then stir gently to combine.

Pour the tofu and vegetable filling into the prepared crust.

Bake in the preheated 375°F (190°C) oven for 35 minutes until the quiche is set and lightly golden on top.
