Mclean Estate Jezebel Sauce
This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Mclean Estate in Irving, Texas in 1982.

- pineapple preserves6 ounces
- 10 ounces
- 1 teaspoon
- 16 ounces
Method

Place the cream cheese in a medium mixing bowl and let it sit until fully softened to room temperature.

Add the pineapple preserves and apple jelly to the bowl with the cream cheese.

Stir in the prepared horseradish until all ingredients are thoroughly combined and smooth.

Transfer the sauce to a serving dish and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.

Serve the Jezebel sauce at room temperature or chilled as an accompaniment to crackers, ham, pork, or poultry.
