Hot Mustard Dipping Sauce

Ingredients
- (96 g) powdered Chinese mustard¾ cup
- 1 cup
- (120 ml) + 1 tablespoon (15 ml) white wine vinegar½ cup
- (120 ml) + 1 tablespoons (15 ml) reduced-sodium soy sauce½ cup

Mince the 6 garlic cloves finely and set aside.

Pour 1 cup water into a bowl and add the ¾ cup powdered Chinese mustard, stirring constantly to break up any lumps.

Add the minced garlic to the mustard mixture and stir to combine thoroughly.

Pour in the ½ cup plus 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar and stir until incorporated.

Add the ½ cup plus 1 tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce to the mixture and whisk until smooth and well combined.
