Fish Blend Seasoning
This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Turner Estate in Dallas, Texas in 1997.

- ¾ teaspoon
- ½ teaspoon
- ½ teaspoon
- ¼ teaspoon
- ¼ teaspoon
Method

Measure out the parsley flakes (¾ teaspoon), onion powder (½ teaspoon), sage (½ teaspoon), marjoram (¼ teaspoon), and paprika (¼ teaspoon) into a small bowl.

Stir all ingredients together with a small spoon until evenly combined, breaking up any clumps of herbs.

Transfer the blend to an airtight container or small jar and store in a cool, dry place for up to 6 months.

Apply approximately ¼ to ½ teaspoon of the blend per fish fillet, either mixed into melted butter, sprinkled directly on the fish before cooking, or stirred into a simple sauce or marinade.
