Finadene Sauce

Ingredients

  • white vinegar or lemon juice
    ¼ cup
  • ½ cup
  • green onions
    thinly sliced or 1 small white onion, finely chopped
    2 unit
  • – 5 small minced hot peppers <ref>You may use a hot sauce instead of hot peppers if you prefer. Use either
    adjusting amounts to your preference for "heat!"</ref>

Method

Combine the white vinegar or lemon juice and soy sauce in a small bowl, stirring well to blend.

Add the thinly sliced green onions (or finely chopped white onion if using) to the vinegar-soy mixture.

Stir in the minced hot peppers, adjusting the quantity to reach desired heat level. Alternatively, add hot sauce if preferred and stir to combine thoroughly.

Taste and adjust seasoning as needed—add more vinegar or lemon juice for tang, more soy sauce for depth, or more peppers for heat.

Let the sauce rest for 5 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
