Double-chocolate Hot Fudge Sauce

Method

Chop the milk chocolate and unsweetened chocolate into small, evenly-sized pieces for faster melting.

Unwrap the caramels and set aside with the evaporated milk and strong coffee nearby for easy access.

Combine the chopped milk chocolate, unsweetened chocolate, and caramels in a heavy-bottomed saucepan over medium-low heat.

Stir constantly as the chocolate and caramels melt together, scraping the bottom of the pan to prevent scorching.

Pour in the evaporated milk and strong coffee slowly while continuing to stir until completely incorporated.
