Ingredients

  • / 210 g sugar
    7 oz
  • – 3 tablespoons coffee
    2 unit

Method

Brew the 3 tablespoons of coffee using hot water, or prepare strong brewed coffee if already available.

Pour the 210 g sugar into a mixing bowl and add the brewed coffee gradually while stirring constantly to combine.

Stir the mixture continuously over low heat for 2–3 minutes until the sugar dissolves completely and the icing reaches a smooth consistency.

Remove from heat and allow the icing to cool slightly before using it to coat cakes or pastries.
