Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.

Combine honey, brown sugar, and oil in a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly until the mixture is warm and the sugar is fully dissolved.

Mix oats, toasted rice cereal, and dried cranberries together in a large bowl.

Pour the warm honey mixture over the oat mixture and stir thoroughly until all dry ingredients are evenly coated.

Press the mixture firmly and evenly into the prepared baking pan, using the back of a spatula to create a compact, even layer.

Bake for 20-25 minutes until the edges are golden brown and the mixture is set but still slightly soft in the center.

Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before cutting into bars.

Once cooled completely, cut into 4 equal bars or smaller pieces as desired, and store in an airtight container.
