Method

Heat margarine in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat until melted and shimmering.

Add chopped garlic to the hot margarine and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add chopped onion and celery, stir-frying for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables soften slightly and become translucent.

Add the cooked rice, breaking up any clumps with a spatula or wooden spoon, and stir-fry continuously for 3-4 minutes.

Drizzle chicken broth over the rice mixture and toss well to distribute the broth evenly throughout.

Stir in the chopped parsley, reserving a small amount for garnish if desired, and mix until evenly combined.

Divide the fried rice among serving bowls and sprinkle sesame seeds over the top as garnish before serving.
