Strawberry Spread

Sprinkle unflavored gelatin over orange juice in a small saucepan and let sit for 1 minute to bloom, then heat over low heat, stirring constantly until the gelatin dissolves completely.

Stir the mashed strawberries into the dissolved gelatin mixture until well combined.

Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the Equal packets until fully dissolved.

Add the orange peel slivers and coriander to the mixture, stirring gently to distribute evenly throughout.

Pour the spread into a clean jar or container and allow to cool to room temperature before refrigerating for at least 2 hours until set to desired consistency.
