- milk or Soured milk or butter milk or Curdled milk1 unit
Method

Pour the milk, soured milk, buttermilk, or curdled milk into a clean serving glass or container.

If using fresh milk (Maziwa), ensure it is chilled and serve immediately at the desired temperature.

If using soured milk or curdled milk (Maziwa Mabichi), stir gently to combine any separated curds with the liquid before serving.

If using buttermilk (Mtindi), shake or stir well to distribute the buttermilk evenly throughout.
