Shrimp Pasta Salad

Sorry it took me so long, but here's the recipe as promised. :) Although, it's not a pressure cooker recipe. It serves 8 – 10 people as a side dish.

Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente, then drain and rinse under cold water until cooled completely.

Slice the green onions (white and green parts), and ensure the shrimp are thawed and dry.

Combine the mayo (or Miracle Whip), chili sauce, prepared horseradish, and salt in a large mixing bowl and stir until well blended.

Add the cooled pasta, shrimp, diced celery, chopped eggs (reserving topping), sliced green onions, and chopped dill pickle to the dressing mixture.

Toss all ingredients together gently until the pasta and shrimp are evenly coated with the dressing.

Transfer the salad to a serving dish and garnish with the reserved chopped egg on top.
