Ingredients
- boneless8 unitskinless Chicken thighs (about 1 lb.)
- C. Miracle Whip dressing1/4 unit
- (6 oz. ) pkg. Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Chicken1 unit

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Pat the 8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.

Mix the Stove Top Stuffing Mix and grated Parmesan cheese together in a shallow bowl, breaking up any large stuffing pieces to create a uniform coating mixture.

Spread the Miracle Whip dressing evenly on all sides of each chicken thigh using a brush or your fingers.

Dredge each Miracle Whip-coated chicken thigh in the stuffing mixture, pressing gently so the coating adheres on all sides, and place on a greased baking sheet in a single layer.

Bake for 20-25 minutes until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature reaches 165°F/74°C) and the coating is golden and crispy.
