Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels and arrange them on a rimmed baking sheet in a single layer, making sure they are not crowded.

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a small bowl, whisk together pineapple juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and a pinch of salt and pepper until well combined.

Brush the chicken wings generously with half of the glaze mixture, coating all sides.

Bake the chicken wings in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.

Remove the baking sheet from the oven and brush the wings with the remaining glaze, then return to the oven.

Bake for an additional 15 minutes until the wings are deeply browned and the glaze is caramelized and sticky.
