Ingredients
- (120 g) boneless1 lbskinless chicken breasts (3 - 4 breasts)
- (120 ml) unsalted pistachios½ cupshelled and coarsely chopped
- (22.5 ml) Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb Seasoning Blend1½ tbspdivided

Place chicken breasts on a cutting board and pat dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.

Season both sides of each chicken breast with 1 tbsp of the Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb Seasoning Blend, dividing evenly.

Combine the coarsely chopped pistachios with the remaining ½ tbsp of seasoning blend in a shallow dish.

Press the pistachio mixture firmly onto both sides of each seasoned chicken breast, coating thoroughly.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering, about 1 minute.

Place the pistachio-coated chicken breasts in the hot skillet and cook for 6-7 minutes on the first side until the coating is golden brown.

Flip the chicken breasts carefully and cook for an additional 6-7 minutes on the second side until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
