Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet with butter or cooking spray.

Pat the chicken breast halves dry with paper towels to ensure the coating adheres properly.

Combine the grated Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, dried oregano, parsley flakes, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a shallow bowl, mixing thoroughly.

Melt the butter in a small dish or bowl so it can be brushed onto the chicken.

Brush both sides of each chicken breast half lightly with the melted butter.

Press each buttered chicken breast half into the Parmesan bread crumb mixture, coating both sides evenly and patting gently so the coating adheres.

Arrange the coated chicken breasts on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer without crowding.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until the coating is golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) when measured with a meat thermometer at the thickest part.
