Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.

Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels and place in a large bowl.

In a shallow dish, whisk together eggs until well combined, then set aside.

In another shallow dish, combine flour, garlic powder, salt, and ground pepper.

Dip each chicken wing into the beaten egg, then coat thoroughly in the flour mixture, shaking off excess.

Arrange coated wings on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 25 to 30 minutes until golden and cooked through.

While wings bake, combine Durkee sandwich spread and Louisiana Hot Sauce in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth and well blended.

Remove wings from the oven and transfer to a large bowl.

Pour the hot sauce mixture over the wings and toss gently until evenly coated.
