Combine orange juice, vegetable oil, honey, parsley, dried basil, orange zest, salt, and pepper in a small bowl, whisking until the honey is fully dissolved and the mixture is well blended.

Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and place them in a shallow dish or large zip-top bag.

Pour the orange-honey marinade over the chicken, ensuring all pieces are evenly coated, then cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes (or up to 2 hours for deeper flavor).
