- corn flakes2 cupscrushed

Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized nugget pieces, approximately 1.5 to 2 inches long.

In a small bowl, whisk together the beaten egg, honey, and prepared mustard until well combined.

Place the crushed corn flakes in a shallow bowl and stir in the ground black pepper.

Working with one piece at a time, dip each chicken nugget into the egg mixture, coating all sides thoroughly.

Roll the coated nugget in the seasoned corn flake mixture, pressing gently so the coating adheres evenly.

Place the coated nuggets on a parchment-lined baking sheet, spacing them about 1 inch apart.

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Bake the nuggets for 12 to 15 minutes until the coating is golden brown and the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
