Method

Mix flour, Cajun seasoning, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and garlic powder in a shallow bowl to create the coating mixture.

Pat chicken wing pieces dry with paper towels to ensure the coating adheres properly.

Dredge each wing piece in the flour mixture, shaking off excess, and place on a plate until all pieces are coated.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).

Working in batches to avoid overcrowding, fry the coated wing pieces until golden brown and cooked through, approximately 8–10 minutes per batch.

Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat, then add hot sauce and stir until combined and smooth.
