Pat the turkey drumsticks or thighs dry with paper towels and season generously with salt and pepper on all sides.

In a bowl, whisk together Worcestershire sauce, molasses, vinegar, ketchup, and instant minced onion until well combined, creating a smooth barbecue sauce.

Preheat an outdoor grill or indoor grill pan to medium-high heat (approximately 400°F).

Brush the grill grates with oil to prevent sticking, then place the seasoned turkey pieces on the grill with plenty of space between them.

Grill the turkey for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally to ensure even cooking and prevent charring on any single side.
