Vibrant Marshmallow Salad

This is a recipe I obtained from an Estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Manes Estate in Venus, Texas in 1981.

Ingredients

Drain the mandarin oranges and crushed pineapple well, discarding excess juice.

Combine the sour cream with the drained mandarin oranges and crushed pineapple in a large mixing bowl.

Fold in the miniature marshmallows gently until evenly distributed throughout the mixture.

Add the coconut and stir until all ingredients are well combined.

Refrigerate the salad for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld and chilling to occur.
