Method

Divide the plain low-fat yogurt equally among four serving bowls or glasses, using approximately 1.5 oz per serving.

Arrange the fresh mixed berries on top of the yogurt in each bowl, distributing them evenly across the four servings.

Drizzle 1/2 tablespoon of maple syrup over the berries and yogurt in each bowl.

Sprinkle the walnut pieces evenly over each serving, using about 1/4 oz per bowl.

Serve immediately and enjoy, stirring together the layers just before eating if desired.
