  • (8 ounce) cans Pillsbury Original Refrigerated Crescent Dinner Rolls
    2 unit
  • (3½ ounce) box sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
    1 unit
  • 16 ounces
  • sliced strawberries (or sliced peaches
kiwi slices, mandarin orange slices, chunked pineapple, grapes, blueberries, etc)
    1 unit

Method

1
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Unroll both cans of Pillsbury crescent rolls and place them on an ungreased baking sheet, pressing them together to form a single flat sheet.
2

14 minutes
3
Remove the crust from the oven and allow it to cool completely on the baking sheet, about 10 minutes.
4
While the crust cools, whisk together the sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix and light sour cream in a bowl until smooth and well combined.
5
Spread the vanilla pudding mixture evenly over the cooled crescent roll crust, covering the entire surface.
6
Arrange the sliced strawberries (or other fresh fruit of choice such as peaches, kiwi, mandarin oranges, pineapple chunks, grapes, or blueberries) in a decorative pattern over the cream layer.
7
Refrigerate the pizza for at least 10 minutes before slicing and serving to allow the filling to set.
