Ingredients
- pk Sugar free jello *1 small
- 1 cup
- Sugar free carbonated bev1 cup
- sparkling water or club soda -any flavor cold *1 unit
- fresh fruit1 cupsliced *
- mint leaves1 unitoptional

Wash and prepare your chosen fresh fruits by slicing or cutting them into bite-sized pieces, removing any seeds or pits as necessary.

Rinse the fresh mint leaves under cold water and gently pat them dry with a paper towel.

Place the mint leaves in a heatproof bowl or pitcher and pour the boiling water over them, allowing them to steep and release their aromatic oils.

Allow the mint infusion to cool to room temperature, then strain out and discard the mint leaves, reserving the fragrant liquid.

Add the prepared fruit pieces to a large serving bowl and pour the cooled mint infusion over the fruit, gently tossing to coat evenly.
