Ingredients
- fresh fruit6 cups(raspberries, grapes, blueberries, strawberries)

- berry Libby's® Kerns® all nectar3 tbsp

Method

Rinse all fresh fruit under cool water and pat dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.

Hull the strawberries and cut them into quarters, leaving raspberries and blueberries whole, and halving the grapes if desired for consistent bite-sized pieces.

Transfer the prepared fruit to a large mixing bowl.

Squeeze the juice from 2 limes and pour over the fruit, then add the berry nectar and gently toss to combine.

Tear or chop the mint leaves into small pieces and scatter over the fruit salad, then gently fold in to distribute the flavor evenly.

Let the salad rest for 5 minutes to allow the juices to mingle, then serve immediately in chilled bowls.
