- wine-glass Catawba wine1 unit
- of fine white sugar1 teaspoondissolved in a little water
- 1 slice
Method

Pour the Catawba wine into a pitcher or mixing glass.

Dissolve the fine white sugar in a little water, then add the dissolved sugar mixture to the wine and stir well to combine.

Add the orange slice cut into quarters to the wine mixture and stir gently.

Divide the cobbler mixture evenly among four glasses or cups.

Serve immediately while the drink is fresh and the orange flavor has infused into the wine.
