Combine butterscotch chips and creamy peanut butter in a large saucepan or microwave-safe bowl.

Heat over medium-low heat, stirring frequently, until the butterscotch chips are completely melted and the mixture is smooth and well combined.

Remove from heat and let the mixture cool for 2-3 minutes until it reaches a consistency suitable for coating the cereal.

Add corn flake cereal to the butterscotch-peanut butter mixture and fold gently with a spatula until all cereal is evenly coated.

Drop spoonfuls of the cereal mixture onto parchment paper or a baking sheet, spacing them about 1 inch apart.
