Crush the corn flakes into small pieces and measure out ⅔ cup, then add the shredded coconut to a medium mixing bowl.

Pour the peanut butter and liquid honey into the same bowl with the corn flakes and coconut.

Stir all ingredients together with a spoon or spatula until the mixture is evenly combined and holds together when pressed.

Use a small spoon or melon baller to scoop the mixture into bite-sized portions, then roll each between your palms to form a ball or nugget shape.

Arrange the peanut butter nuggets on a plate or parchment paper and refrigerate for 10 minutes until firm enough to serve, or store in an airtight container.
