Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.

In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the butter completely, stirring occasionally to prevent browning.

Add the corn syrup to the melted butter and stir to combine, allowing the mixture to warm through for about one minute.

Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract until fully incorporated.

Add the mini marshmallows to the warm butter mixture and gently fold them in until they are evenly coated.

Spread the coated marshmallow mixture in an even layer onto the prepared baking sheet.

Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 3 to 5 minutes, watching closely until the marshmallows are puffed and golden brown on top.
