Ingredients
- whipped cream cheese spread12 ounces
- of Splenda2 tablespoonsgranular form
- brewed coffee¼ cupcold
- ½ teaspoon
- 1 cup
- boxes fillo tartlet shells (Athens brand is used)2 unit

Combine the whipped cream cheese spread, granular Splenda, cold brewed coffee, and vanilla in a medium bowl. Mix thoroughly with a whisk or electric mixer until the mixture is smooth and well blended, about 1-2 minutes.

Fold the frozen light whipped topping gently into the cream cheese mixture using a spatula, working in two additions to maintain airiness. Stop folding once no white streaks remain.

Arrange all fillo tartlet shells on a clean, flat surface or serving platter.

Spoon the tiramisu mixture evenly into each tartlet shell, filling them generously and smoothing the tops with the back of a spoon.

Refrigerate the filled bites for at least 30 minutes, or until ready to serve, to allow the flavors to set and the texture to firm up.

Dust lightly with cocoa powder just before serving if desired, and serve chilled.
