  • packet unflavored gelatin

  • 1 cup
  • x 8 oz packages fat-free cream cheese
    2 unit
  • 2 tbsp
  • Da Vinci Gourmet Vanilla sugar-free syrup
    2 tbsp
  • Da Vinci Gourmet Cherry sugar-free syrup
    2 tbsp
  • Splenda granulated sweetener
    ½ cup

Dissolve the packet of unflavored gelatin in 1 cup of boiling water, stirring constantly for 2 minutes until completely dissolved.

Add the Da Vinci Gourmet Cherry sugar-free syrup to the gelatin mixture and stir until well combined.

Refrigerate the gelatin mixture for 20-30 minutes until it reaches a syrupy consistency but is not fully set.

Beat the 2 packages of 8 oz fat-free cream cheese and 2 tbsp fat-free ricotta cheese together in a large bowl until smooth and creamy.
