Ingredients

Bring water to a boil in a saucepan over high heat.

Add sago gradually while stirring constantly to prevent clumping.

Reduce heat to medium and continue stirring the sago for 10-12 minutes until the grains become translucent and the mixture thickens slightly.

Pour in the freshly squeezed orange juice and demerara sugar, stirring well to combine and dissolve the sugar completely.

Add the passion fruit pulp and stir gently to distribute it evenly throughout the sago mixture.
