  • lemon gelatin
    1 package
  • unflavored gelatine
    1Β½ packages
  • can mangos
    1 large
  • 8 ounces
  • fresh fruit of your choice
    1 unit

Pour the boiling water into a large mixing bowl and add the lemon gelatin, stirring until completely dissolved.

Sprinkle the unflavored gelatine over the dissolved lemon gelatin mixture and stir thoroughly to combine.

Add the reserved mango liquid to the gelatin mixture and stir until the unflavored gelatine is fully incorporated.

Cut the cream cheese into small cubes and add to the gelatin mixture, stirring until fully blended and smooth.
