Add the frozen sweetened peaches and cold pineapple juice to a blender and blend until smooth.

Pour the peach-pineapple mixture through a fine-mesh strainer into a large pitcher, pressing gently on solids to extract maximum liquid; discard any pulp.

Stir in the lemon or lime juice until combined.

Fill four glasses with ice cubes, dividing equally.

Pour the peach mixture over the ice, filling each glass about three-quarters full.

Top each glass with cold ginger ale and stir gently to combine.
