Tea Latte

Ingredients

  • English Breakfast tea bags
    8 unit
  • 4 cup
  • almond syrup
    2 tbsp
  • 1 whole
  • ground nutmeg or chocolate (optional garnish)
    1 unit

Method

Heat water in a kettle or pot until it reaches a boil.

Place the 8 English Breakfast tea bags into a large teapot or heat-safe pitcher.

Pour the hot water over the tea bags and let steep for 3-5 minutes until the tea reaches desired strength.

Remove the tea bags by lifting them out with a spoon or strainer.

Stir the almond syrup into the brewed tea until fully dissolved.

Heat the milk in a separate pot or microwave until steaming but not boiling, approximately 1-2 minutes.

Divide the tea evenly among 4 cups, filling each about three-quarters full.

Pour the hot milk into each cup of tea and stir gently to combine.

Top each latte with a light dusting of ground nutmeg or chocolate if desired, then serve immediately.
