Ingredients
- Organic espresso1 unitor for the really health conscious, gynostemma tea - (10 oz.)
- Organic raw almond or cashew milk - (2 oz.)1 unit
- Organic raw cacao (I used powder & Nibs) - (1 tbsp of each)1 unit
- Organic goji berry powder -(1 tsp)1 unit
- Organic maca powder - (1 tbsp)1 unit
- Dropper of marine phytoplankton1 unit
- Pop open 1 capsule of Reishi or Cordyceps Mushroom Extract1 unit
- Add organic raw honey (local if you can)1 unit

Brew a double shot of espresso or strong coffee (approximately 2 oz) and allow it to cool slightly for 1-2 minutes.

In a small bowl or directly in your serving glass, whisk together 1 tablespoon raw cacao powder, 1 teaspoon mushroom adaptogen blend (such as lion's mane or reishi), and 1 teaspoon collagen peptides until combined.

Pour the warm espresso over the dry superfood mixture and stir vigorously until all powders are fully dissolved and no lumps remain.

Add your choice of milk or milk alternative (such as oat, almond, or coconut milk) to a milk frother or small saucepan and heat until warm, then froth until light and foamy.

Sweeten the espresso-superfood mixture to taste with maple syrup, honey, or a sugar-free sweetener and stir to incorporate.

Fill a tall glass generously with ice cubes, leaving about 2 inches of space at the top.
