Ingredients

  • * 6 ounces (180g) Wild blueberries (fresh or frozen)
    1 unit
  • * 6 ounces (180g) yogurt (vanilla or blueberry)
    1 unit
  • * 1 tablespoon honey (if plain yogurt is used)
    1 unit
  • * 1/2 cup ice (3 ice cubes)
    1 unit

Method

Add wild blueberries, yogurt, honey, and ice to a blender in that order.

Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, approximately 1–2 minutes.
