Ingredients
- 2 cups
- low or non-fat vanilla yogurt1 cup
- 2 small
- berries (fresh or frozen) -- strawberries1 cupblackberries, and raspberries work well
Method

Combine orange juice, vanilla yogurt, and ripe bananas in a blender.

Add the berries (strawberries, blackberries, and/or raspberries) to the blender.

Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.
