Peel the banana and cut it into chunks, then place in a blender.

Add the 2 cups of plain yogurt, ½ cup skim milk, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract to the blender with the banana.

Pour in the 1 cup of unsweetened frozen berries (or fresh berries with crushed ice if using fresh fruit).

Add honey or sugar substitute to taste, adjusting the sweetness as desired.

Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes, scraping down the sides if needed.
