- low-fat peach yogurt1 cup
- 1 cup
- seedless watermelon½ cupchopped
- cantaloupe½ cupchopped
- honeydew melon½ cupchopped

Method

Chop the seedless watermelon into small bite-sized pieces and measure out ½ cup; repeat with the cantaloupe and honeydew melon, placing each in a separate pile.

Pour 1 cup of low-fat peach yogurt and 1 cup of 1% milk into a blender.

Add the ½ cup chopped watermelon, ½ cup chopped cantaloupe, and ½ cup chopped honeydew melon to the blender.

Add 4 ice cubes to the blender.

Blend on high speed for 60–90 seconds until the mixture is smooth and uniform, with no visible chunks of melon remaining.
