Method

Pour the plain yogurt into a blender or large mixing bowl.

Add the tomato juice to the yogurt and stir well to combine.

Squeeze the lemon juice into the mixture and stir until incorporated.

Add the grated fresh ginger and blend or whisk until smooth and well mixed.

Pour the shake into serving glasses and serve immediately while chilled, or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
