Ingredients

  • qt. coffee ice cream
    1 unit
  • c. rum (or flavoring)
    1/2 unit
  • 1 unit
  • Chopped Heath bars or Crunch bars
    etc.
    1 unit

Method

Scoop the coffee ice cream into a large mixing bowl or blender, using about 1 quart total for 4 servings.

Pour 1/2 cup of rum (or flavoring) over the ice cream and stir or blend until well combined and creamy.

Divide the rum and coffee mixture evenly among 4 serving glasses or cups.

Top each glass with a generous dollop of whipped cream.

Sprinkle the chopped Heath bars or Crunch bars over the whipped cream as garnish.

Serve immediately while the drink is chilled and the ice cream is still creamy.
