Halve the pink or ruby red grapefruit and scoop the flesh into a blender, removing any large seeds as you go.

Add the cold water, plain nonfat yogurt, honey, and ice cubes to the blender.

Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes, until no large ice chunks remain.
