Ingredients

  • Haagen Dasz mango (or peach) sorbet
    1 pint
  • 1 unit
  • shots Bacardi Rum Limón
    3 unit
  • shots good quality dark rum
    unit
  • dollops whipped cream
    3 unit

Method

Scoop the mango sorbet into a blender, adding approximately one-quarter of the milk to start.

Pour the Bacardi Rum Limón and dark rum into the blender with the sorbet and milk.

Blend on high speed until the mixture reaches a smooth, slushlike consistency, about 1 minute.

Add the remaining milk gradually while blending until reaching desired consistency.

Divide the mixture evenly among four serving glasses or cups.

Top each drink with a generous dollop of whipped cream and serve immediately.
