Add the orange juice and fat-free plain yogurt to a blender.

Break the frozen banana into chunks and add it to the blender with the orange juice and yogurt.

Pour the frozen strawberries or raspberries into the blender.

Add the Equal® Spoonful sweetener to the blender.

Blend on high speed for 60-90 seconds until the mixture is smooth and creamy with no visible fruit chunks.
