- cracked or chipped ice1 unit
- of orange to decorate1 slices
Method

Fill a large punch bowl halfway with cracked or chipped ice to chill the bowl and keep the punch cold throughout serving.

Pour the bottle of Southern Comfort into the punch bowl, followed by the Jamaican rum, lemon juice, pineapple juice, and grapefruit juice, stirring gently to combine all ingredients.

Refrigerate the punch mixture until ready to serve, or leave it at room temperature for up to 30 minutes if serving immediately.

Just before serving, open both bottles of champagne and pour them into the punch bowl, stirring gently to incorporate without losing carbonation.

Float orange slices on top of the punch as garnish and serve immediately in glasses with ice cubes if desired.
