- to 1/2 Cups - White creme de cacao1/4 unit
- to 1/2 Cup - brandy1/4 unit

- semisweet chocolate Curls1 unitfor garnish

Partially thaw the package of frozen sliced California strawberries in syrup by letting it sit at room temperature for 5–10 minutes until softened but still cold.

Add the partially thawed strawberries with their syrup, vanilla ice cream, white creme de cacao, and brandy to a blender.

Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy, approximately 30–45 seconds, scraping down the sides if needed.

Pour the strawberry mixture evenly into four chilled serving glasses.

Top each glass with a generous dollop of sweetened whipped cream.
